• Organizing committee coordinated Event management team will have shuttle services from Hotels listed below. Hence, it is strongly recommended to make hotel bookings at these Hotels only at the earliest.

• Room Tariffs listed below are quotes provided for NITC Silver Jubilee

When should we make reservations?

Please make reservations at the earliest as December month is a wedding month in Kerala and Hotels get filled pretty fast.

Instructions for Hotel reservation (after completing Registration):

1. Send Bank transfer reference number / UTR number (to Branch committee member)

2. Receive PROMO code (from Branch committee member)

3. Select Hotel

4. Select room mates (if sharing, can refer to Registered List page / contact Branch committee member for assistance)

5. Send email to Hotel contact person

6. Receive quote from Hotel (room tariffs must be per discounted rates published in this website)

7. Make payment to Hotel (before last date specified by Hotel)

8. Receive booking/reservation confirmation number (from Hotel)

9. Send booking/reservation confirmation number and Alumni room mates names (if sharing room) to Branch committee members

Email to Hotel must include following:

• PROMO code (include in Subject and Body of email)

• Guest Name, Guest Phone number

• Total number of guests - Adults & Children (with age)

• Room type, Number of rooms

• Check-in date, Check-out date
